Rapid City, SD to Souix City, IA
| We were up at 5:15 local time. Stopped for a latté and an ice tea before hitting the Badlands. The Badlands are awesome. So much to see and they go on an on. It is wonderful. | |

| After riding through the Badlands, we stopped at Wall Drug. It is a great place to walk around and stretch your legs. They have a lot of different attractions to get your picture taken withand Jeff climbed up on the Jackalope so we could took his picture for Tyler. If you remember from earlier in the trip, we had sent a cowboy riding a Jackelope postcard to Tyler and being able to give him a picture with Grandpa riding one too was simply irresistable. |  |
| We rode to Souix City, Iowa and arrived at the motel at 6:30 p.m. We were back on daylight savings time now. Gas up the bike and get food at Aggies, a nice bar-b-que place across the highway from our motel. Going back to the room to do laundry for the last time on the road. | Odometer at End of Day: 22114 Miles Traveled: 591
